1. Where is your factory located？
We have manufacturing bases in Dongguan City and Shaoguan City of China
2. What is your MOQ?
Actually, It has always depend on your order quantity, different items have different minimum quantity . As for our conduits, it should be 3000 meters for big size ; and 5000 -10000 meters for small size. For junction box and other boxes ,the moq may be 5000 pcs and the fittings would be more than 10,000pcs
3.What are the lead times normally?
Normally, the time of delivery is around 15-30 days. It depend on your order quantity. If you order a big quantity, it will take more time to finish.
4. How about the samples?
Yes, We could send you the sample and we recommend that you try our conduit before you order them. This ensures that you get the right color, size and the design you need.
5. Does your have custom labels services?
Yes, custom labels available. Call or email us to get more information about this.
6. Which payment options do you have?
Our company accepts normally T/T, and L/C payments. Call or email us if you need to use any new payment procedures.
7. What are your main products?
Besides Solar PVC conduits and fittings. Also offer
UL listed and CSA electrical pvc conduit; AS/NZS 2053 conduit &fittings; Low smoke and halogen free conduit& fittings; BS conduit &fittings.
8. What is the standard of solar conduit?
AS/NZS 2053 certificaiton. We can produce it according to your standard.
